Hi!

I tried contacting NBI through the numbers provided on their website but I haven't been able to reach anyone. I also sent an email requesting for a refund regarding their door-to-door delivery service for the NBI clearance since it wasn't clear on the website how long the coverage for expired clearance they allow renewal without a personal appointment.

Also, the proof of transaction for the delivery service is not shown on my personal account. There is not enough information on their site nor anywhere online that explains the process or FAQs to help situations like these.
