Hi, I would like to file a complaint about the Peramoo Online Lending App.

They don't have ways of deactivating the account in the app and can't do it manually in their system nor inform the agents that the account has already been paid and is requested for deletion which resulted in harassment done through Facebook Messenger. 

The payment is reflected in the app but they will still continuously harass you. The loan was paid the day it was due and no additional charges were added. Received a call verifying the payment has been posted too.
