Purpose: I just wanna make a complaint and hope that the agent or the company would do something about it

I was only 1 day overdue with my loan, I have no problem of replying it but the agent that handled my account threatens to harass me, death threat me, even threatening to reveal all my loan info and private information to the social media. The agent even tried to hack my phone. I have screenshots and recordings of my encounter with the agent.
