Hi!
I am Deaf, 25 years old May 30, 1996 female, single, Government Employee and requested to put into record that sometime on January 1, 2022,  I met at the Facebook market place one MARICEL DOYAS, who is allegedly selling a GoPro HERO 9 EDITION that I was interested to buy. MARICEL DOYAS, legal age, female online seller and Balanga,Bataan City then the account of Php 16.500 to a UnionBank account name Maricel Sayod. Landbank transaction sent to UnionBank. She was blocked in my message and profile Facebook. The said GOPRO was not sent or delivered by the suspect. Please help me. THANK YOU!
