Dear Sir, Madam,
My name is Rasch from Amsterdam the Netherlands. I have had a long relationship with a philippine lady in Davao city, I have all her details such as address, Passport, Apostel and other data as well as copies of financials.
I have been frauded by her for a total amount of 12400 Euro on 15-9-2023 after which she is gone untraceable. The large Amount she has frauded is documented on her bank statements of which I have all copies as well as the bank name details and her account.
I would be grateful for your help in this and what other legal steps to take.

I am available for you to explain and reply any questions you may have. Given the high amount of the fraud and the risc that the money is taken away from the bank of which I have all the details, the sooner you can respond the better.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
