Hi I would like to report their platform that  ddnt release my investment money

And someone in facebook the one she recruit me  to log in her platform until now she still recruit many people to join her platform 
Her name in Facebook is 
3.David Liza Fx I think this is fake Facebook account please investigate this to avoid many people scam for her

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Good day ,please help me what I'm gonna do  because I'm ofw icant go to office of cybercrime heres my evidence I sent my money to their platform through gcash and their contacts please investigate beacause until now they still keep posted to log in their platform I thought they hacked some Facebook to comment and like what they posted ,thank you
