Sir/Ma’am,

Good day. Please help me. I was scam just this morning. I am an ofw i paid for the reservation and downpayment for the property in Jazz Residence in Makati. I paid via gcash. I have all the evidences. I am not able to report to police personallh because I am an ofw and I dont want my family to know about this. Please help me. These are the details of the account under Union Bank of the Philippines with account number 109324431130 amd account name Jazz Residence. Because the name is Jazz residence i never thought that I will become a victim. I paid 25K then 75K so total 100K.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
