Hi! I want to do a refund for my nbi clearance because of the wrong date that I indicated. I already make an appointment that sooner than that appointment so I want to do a refund for my first appointment. It has a ref. No. of NBS4AKOLV6 with a payment amount of 160 pesos.

Kindly send it back to my gcash acc. no. 0956 712 4226 with a name of C__ M___ Vivero.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
