Hi, I would like to file for a complaint on the following people for online scamming. I would also want to get my money back.

Mantawal sold me drums (Roland TD-17) for PHP 6,000. In the middle of the transaction, he asked for another PHP 6,000 because according to him, the initial payment was for the shipping which I was unaware of in the first place. I sent it anyway. However now, he's asking for another PHP 8,000 to be sent on Reshell Laiza Gio's Gcash account.
