Hi I'm Mary Joy M Sandrino

Please I need help for this issue. When I need to open ok peso loan app to ready and settle my payment. The ok peso loan app is not working and I can open it to pay my loan. I want to pay it so I can easily less my worries for this payment but the app didn't work 

Please help me resolve this issue.

I mean can you help me delete my account in ok peso loan so I can ease the burden in myself because I want to pay it but their app is the problem it cannot open again for payment and for closing my account.

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
