Facebook hacker’s Gcash scam

Hello, I would like to report a hacking activity.
My relative‘s facebook account has been hacked.
The hacker-pretending to be my said relative-has then been using the account to ask my relative‘s facebook friends for money via Gcash transaction.
The hacker‘s Gcash number: 09551770698.
Sofar there is one known victim that sent money to the hacker. 
The victims Gcash number: 09174308615.
The reference number of the Gcash transaction between the victim and the hacker: 0012192712574. 
My contact number: 09457854466.
