To file a complaint, request for investigation, or report any crime,  kindly proceed to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Hello good day can you suggest what  I'm gonna do with this because I'm ofw I can't report to the office of cybercrime please help me this the evidence of my money I sent to them 
And the manager who recruited me on the platform please help me  I want my money back ,and stop them from other people to scam because until now they still posted to log in in their platform and I thought they hacked many Facebook to like and comment her account ..please investigate
