Good day! I would like to seek assistance for possible Estafa case. A housing developer Tonichi Group Internation Inc own by Juan Miguel Garcia and Maria Ana Hernadez , do not give our 50% refund indicated in Maceda Law. Its been 10months already since we withdraw the unit but even upto now they cannot give us definite date and means of the refund. ALOT of ex clients are experiencing the same. Also we learned that this developer TONICHI GROUP INTERNATIONAL INC has no LICENSE TO SELL and CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION. We are seeking your help and assistance as they ignore any of our messages.

Kindly proceed to our Complaints and Recording Division. (CRD), Vtech Tower, G. Araneta Avenue (C-3), corner Ma. Clara Street, Barangay Sto. Domingo, Quezon City and bring the aforesaid documents.
