I would like to request an investigation about the fake agent in a installment platforms. I sent them a downpayment worth ₱15,000 for me to be able to claim the product that I availed to them. After the settlements, in the morning, the agent blocked me in messenger and I couldn't contact them anymore. 

Scammer Infos: (Two person involved)
Queenie Pacis Ramos - she sent me her passport id but i think it's a fake and she's the fake agent.
CIMB BANK - bank account they used

+63 961 649 9497 - phone number used to interview me, the interviewer is a male.
