Identity Theft and using my name and photos to scam people

I  would like to inform you that someone is using  my name and photos to scam people over the internet.

He created an account using my name and photo and  he is joining to many groups in social media to scam people and giving his gcash account to get money from them. 
Everyday  I am getting  messages  that were scammed by me. Some are abroad  mostly from UAE and some other countries  and philippines.

One person from qatar got scammed by 16K oesos .
Another victim said they need a rental chair  because her baby died and they were contacted  by my fake account . They send him  money.
