Someone Using my Valid ID, photos, and gcash account and to scam load app

Purpose: How can I do to stop those people to scam others and especially loaning app?

Some people are using my Valid ID, picture, important files, and gcash account to scam people and loaning application. There were victims who already messaged me regarding their scamming texting and calling on phone about loans, they also harassing the victim and 
my personal information . There are many that they applied. I didn't expected to happened to me! Please help me.
I would like to clear my name that I am not connected to this scamming activity. 
I have proof if needed.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
