Hi, I need help in getting my money back. I did a transaction just earlier with an online gadgets store namely Gadgets Ph they said they are located in SM Olongapo Centarl, 4th floor. I had purchased a phone online and was told to make a down payment for a same day delivery transaction. I was told to wait for an hour because they are still packing my item but I havent heard anything back from them. I tried to message them in facebook and instagram with the same loop of our shared conversation but it seems my messages cant go through anymore.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
