Good afternoon po Sir/Ma'am..I am requesting for your assistance po how to trace the scammer po claiming at first that she/he's an agent of PESOHERE online loan app.Initially I texted the number indicated in the app after I found out that out of 3500 loan, credited 2000 only without first verifying with the client if ok with the charges.Since IV tried to click 2 VIP loan account php3500 each, amount credited in gcash is 4k. As soon as I checked it,I texted the number of app where to return the 4k since the charges is too high.I return it to advised account,but now they claimed no payment.

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
