Hi. Please help me in getting information on how to refund my money from this website "pleasure-ph.com"
I have seen this advertisement of a part time job offer and so I decided to try my luck. It was okay at first and I was convinced to have my process going but when I tried to withdraw the deposited money, an error always comes up that they require more money which they were saying as fee to verify my account. Until now I have not withdrawn the amount I was supposed to get from this website despite the cooperation of the so-called customer service which only pushes me to pay more. Help!

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
