Hi, I would like to file a refund for the 2 NBI clearance renewal I paid for Php. 160.00 each via Gcash 2 days ago. I renewed my NBI online hoping I can get a reference number or have the receipt reflected on my NBI profile portal, however, it has been 2 days and it is still not showing there. I need the receipt for me to be able to start working but unfortunately I can't because of the delay. I went to one of the NBI office here at Quezon City Hall but they told me that they can't do anything about it. 

Can you please refund the payment I made to these 2 reference: MP61BYKYJT and MP96Z4CRUY.
