Hello. I would like to report an e-commerce intermediary company, as what they introduced their company to be, Fancyph. They would ask us to deposit money so we can take and place orders of buyers online. I was able to withdraw my money at first but later on, they told me I need to pay taxes first before I can withdraw. So I deposited another amount for tax thrice because they have different reasons why I couldn't withdraw still. On the last and successful attempt, they told I me I need to pay for a verification fee to verify my account. 
Please help. Thank you.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
