Hi I would like to report a scam and seek help to get my money back. I bought a Fossil Felicity Tote Bag from @authentic_shop_philippines on Instagram and deposited a DP of Php 4,315 transferred via BPI.

Scammer's BPI account name and number:

Please help me hold the scammer accountable for his/her actions.
