I would like to request to trace my phone (if necessary ) or block my number 09672338172 (Globe, sim registered. SHIELALYN M. LAZO. Purpose of blocking is to protect possible unauthorized transaction.

Place where it was stolen: Masbate mindanao , Sampaloc ,manila
