Hi, i would like to report an incident that was happen, i joined Benta Slot handled by Joana Cheska Marie Roque, 22 years old from Goldrock Navotas and until now i havent got my money back amounting 70k. Im not the only one who is victim of this scammer, there's a lot. We would like to get an assistance on how we can get out money back even though with out interest, please response immediately. Many rumors here that Joana Cheska Marie Roque will hide and leave their apartment anytime.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
