Hi, I would like to sent a complaint via this platforms, I would like to reach Nbi through this,  the below names that I will mention are my co-complainants AMELIA HABAN AND SHYNE GARCIA, thus many complainants have not yet mentioned, we would like to complaint ABIGAIL TALAMAYAN live in Anonas Urdaneta, for scamming, we have soft copies of conversations and transactions that will proof Abigail Talamayan who run with our money, she have tha modus ,she was recieved various summons from different people, but no one have the courage to bring this in a higher agency.

To file a complaint, request for investigation, or report any crime,  kindly proceed to our Complaints and Recording Division (CRD), Vtech Tower, G. Araneta Avenue corner Ma. Clara St., Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
