Dear NBI Team,
Hope you’re all well.

These persons (couple) Jocelyn “Joy” Roxas Mendoza and Michael N. Mendoza are deceitful, involved in fraudulence or misrepresentation, they scammed me and other people in our community amounting to more than 3Million pesos.  

I dont know their whereabouts as they are hiding from me, no contacts at all (deactivated the facebooks and the phone numbers are can not be reached). 

I hope NBI can put them in a watch list and in a black list.

Please help me. All the evidences i have.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
