Hi, I'm a victim of a messenger scam. He hacked my friend’s
facebook account at nagpost na nagbebenta ng motor
and cellphone for a cause. He even sent picture of a kid na
nasa hospital kaya badly needed ang pera. Dahil kilala namin
ang nagpost eh naisipan namin na bilhin. We sent 50,000
pesos via bank payment dahil meron din daw nakikipag
negotiate. After sending lang namin nalaman na our friends fb
account was hacked. He used the number 09364377964 and
the transaction's Rederence Number is MA-
BN991202300197559767. We are hoping a mapabalik ang
pera para sa mga pangangailangan namin

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
