Hi! Pls help me refund my money from Gcash and Union bank which was the mop used by the scammers of Cryptostakers. I have reported it to them since the day that we got scammed but until now Union bank is taking too long to give an update and Gcash replied that nor refund will be done on their end 💔 

It was  a hard earned money and I believe they must be liable also for letting these scammers used faked names to create accounts and how were they able to widraw such big amounts without further verification from them?
