I want to make a request to hold the BPI account of Rheine Julia Loberiano Betana , The reason of because she scammed a lot of money on different person and now it is estimated amount of 600k and she's still doing her dirty business, There's a lot of people who wanted a justice on what she did on us. She's using a DTI Permit and some valid ID's on scamming people and she already scammed more than 100 people from different parts of the Philippines some of them is pregnant and student. we are seeking for help and justice on what she did to us and we want to know who is the person behind these.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
