Hi! I would like to ask for the refund of my online payment for my mother's NBI Clearance last Friday, April 14, 2023.

Pagdating niya po sa QC Hall, hindi daw po makita yung inonline ko as well as the payment dahil down daw po ang system few days ago. So the staff ask my mother to pay again na lang (dun mismo sa QC Hall) and irefund na lang daw po yung binayad ko.

Here's my reference number po ng online payment ko for your reference.
