I payed my NBI clearance via Online and picked it up with the branch here in Camarines Sur.
but i didn't know that it wasn't available to my place it is only available in manila..

Please can you refund the 161 pesos that i payed through online with gcash.
I can provide the transaction number for your reference that i am telling the truth.
