Hi Good Day,

I would like to seek help because of online lending harassment of this lending app PESO BUFFET LENDING They texted all my contacts for debt shaming that i am not cooperating or coordinating with them. It’s a fraud because if you lend a money worth 3000 pesos you will only recieved 1500 pesos but you need to pay it after 7days with a total of 1640 in 2 payment. And if you not pay on that day they will post my details across soc med.i already paid 1460 last week because of harassments. I hope I can file a case for Data Breaching all my contacts without my permission.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
