Scam Access to my online banking

Purpose: Investigation from Bank why the scammer accessed my details / report and add back

Like to have investigation. My account was accessed by a scammer. Getting all my Funds.  amounting to 57k +

Nov 8 219 pm received a call from 098550256768 and told me she is from Bdo.  Informed me that i have a cash back for the points i earned and gaining my trust she told me need to enroll and  confirm the account by giving OTP. 

Disputed amount was deducted to my account in BDO and transferred to East west bank
500025450534.  Estimated amount 57,000.00

Both was reported to BDO 23696719 and EWRB 007404039. Both Banks told me it for internal investigation.
