Good Day po. 
Gs2 ko lang po Sana humingi ng tulong or advice po sa dapat Kong gawin po. KC po kapitbahay namin kinuha ang motor namin sa bahay ng sapilitan at pumasok po sa terrace namin at inaya ang akin 19yrs old na kapatid ng suntukan Asta po nagwala ung kapitbahay namin sobrang takot po ng kapatid ko at ng mga anak q po n 3yrs old at 4yrs old. Pumunta po kami sa barangay Pero hindi po na ayos po. Ska hindi rin po namin nakuha ang motor namin. Sabi po ng pulis hayaan daw PO muna ang motor sa kapitbahay namin. Anu po ggawin ko? Dear Mark Vincent Tabifranca,

 Magandang araw po! Base po sa inyong kwento, pwede kayong magfile ng Carnapping, unjust vexation at violation of child abuse law laban sa inyong kapitbahay. Idaan niyo po muna sa barangay. Di kayo pwede tanggihan ng barangay. Magfile po kayo ng pormal na reklamo sa barangay at magakakaron kaya ng hearing diyan. Kung di kayo magkasaundo, humingi kayo ng Certificate to File Action para makapgasampa na ng mga kaso sa piskalya diyan sa lugar niyo.
