Good afternoon, this message is to request the immediate investigation and apprehension of one “Katrina Cruz”, who may have been using a fake name and photo, has been soliciting people online to spread her phone sales post. earlier today a friend tried to make a transaction with her regarding the phone, the accused quickly blocked us and deleted her account after said friend transferred a total of 15,000 pesos. we kindly implore your institution to address the numerous complaints about the accused including one that dates back from september with the tracking number of #NBI-003282284498.
