Hi! I would like to refund my payment for NBI Clearance.
I made an appointment for online renewal via website of the NBI then pay P160 via (MPAY-gcash).  (January 22, 2024 at the Shaw Center Mall). When I got there, they have reviewed my ref#, details and I.D, However, since my first name has a "-" hyphen, they told me to sign up another account and correct my name, that instead of a hyphen, I need to input "space".   I thought I will not get any concern about my firstname, since I was already issued an NBI clearance last Sept 2022.

If you inputted incorrect details or information upon registration, you can go back to your online registration and edit the editable wrong information PROVIDED THAT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED. 

Please note that if the NBI Clearance is already printed, you need to register online again. The NBI has the right to forfeit fees collected once transactions on the first registration with incorrect details.
