I got scammed, transferred a total of 10,285 to a Gcash account from my Unionbank

Hi, I would like to ask some help to recover what I've lost, to get a full refund.  A seller sold her iPhone to me on Facebook. She provided her ID and even videocalled me to show the item and all. She arranged the shipment, sent me photos of the receipt, LBC branch, video of the packaging and everything but it was all, a scam. I never knew. I felt so sad and disappointed. Please help me get my money. I can provide you all the information I collected and took screenshots of. Just please do help me find this person and put her in jail as she deserves it.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
