Hi there!

Would it be possible for you to give me the geolocation of four mobile numbers? I'm a victim of Organized Stalking and Harassment. I have received strange text messages on not just 4 occasions from the following numbers. It will help me establish if my harassers are staying in my area or not.

(Sent text messages & called me incessantly every 24th of the month starting July 2016 - Jul 24, Aug 24, Sept 24)

Meanwhile, to file a formal complaint, kindly submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. Kindly proceed to NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and bring the aforesaid documents. 
 
If dissatisfied with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
