Good day! I'd like to request a documentation that my NBI Clearance Online Transaction has been posted and paid accordingly. My reference number is MP7HGLU20J.
Reason/Purpose of Request
- Missing paid transaction and personal records already lodged to the NBI Clearance website which prevents requester from claiming the NBI Clearance Certificate
- Account inaccessibility/possible deletion due to a website issue on the part of clearance.nbi.gov.ph
- No sufficient public announcement or advisory from official channels on the process of refund or details of the issue for the public to know

Good day! I would appreciate if the NBI can kindly provide instructions on how to process the refund or claim the NBI Clearance Certificate that has already been paid. My biometrics have already been taken as well, but the website issue deleted my Paid transaction from my account. Thank you and I hope to hear from you.
