Facebook Scammers hack my friend account

hi ma'am/sir i would like to request to track and put this Facebook hackers & scammers and put them in jail.

a friend of mine Angela Bonocan, female, angela.bonocan@missionay.org, member of the church of Jesus Christ LDS. Here Facebook account was hack by someone and using her account Post some investment scam

she asked me to help her to stop her account from those scammers and hackers.

these are the persons involve.
FB - Fredericka Pieter, Female, entrepreneur, fb creation date 8/5/2008
gcash - POGELIO DELA CRUZ 09367614341

please help me stop this people and put them in jail.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
