HELLO i would like to report someone regarding harassment. And ask how we can file a complaint against them. They've been bugging me regarding a credit which is already paid via gcash but for some instances there is no funds received and error in ref. Number. I asked them to report on gcash but all they do is harass and send messages to me. Her cousin is sending unkind messages to me. The name of the person to be complained to is Amihan Yambot Dadulla and her cousin which i dont know the full name yet. I dont have anything to do with her cousin but she keeps on messaging and sending harsh word
