Hi,

Good day!

I would like to ask an inquiry if it is real that Lending apps can report you to NBI and put your name in hit? I received an email today from an Attorney that they will forward my information. I admit I have 3 lending apps that I have borrowed money. I informed them through email that I might not able to pay in the deadlines. I told them I will pay them soon because I lost my job, I all of my savings were  used due to an emergency. I have no means of income right now and I am still looking for job. Is that true that they can put you to jail?

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
