I would like to report an online buy and sell scam. I was contacted on messenger and whatsapp, which starts on September 24, 2021. I lost P7,200 when he attempted to sell a laptop and bought it for a lower price but I did not receive it.

Hi Sir,

The complaint and affidavit, as well as all additional documentation proof, are attached such as online conversation to scammer from Messenger and Whatsapp, Gcash send money receipt, deleted conversation by scammer, his given ID, the LBC receipt, the product he's selling and the Gcash email thread in PDF (Google drive) through the email you provided.
