Hello, NTC or NBI. I'd like to report a stolen Iphone of my sister. Earlier, I was still able to check the icloud if its still connected in the device but at the moment it was remove already. 

Can you please locate its location or latest location using the icloud account or mobile number of my sister?

Or is there anyway to locate it? 

Can you please also lock the phone so they can't use it by any means.
