Hello, I would like to report a lady known as Marife Cabel who is using a cell phone number 09308521140 to scam money under false promise and pretense. She is using the name and CP number on GCASH. She claims to live in Quezon City and Bohol. She makes a lot of claims for money and then lies about her sick father.
