Good morning, 

I would like to seek help because of online lending harassment of this lending app PAUTANG CASH, PESOCASH, and PESOHERE. they texted all my contacts for debt shaming that i am not cooperating or coordinating with them. It’s a fraud because if you lend a money worth 3000 pesos you will only recieved 1800 pesos but you need to pay it after 7days with a total of 3400. And if you not pay on that day they will text all your contacts even if you not declare those contacts. They will hack your contacts. I hope to investigate those kind of fraud because it does not help the filipinos.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
