Hi! I would like to file a report about scamming me last june 8 onwards.

I have a business (graduation toga rental) so that time I look for someone who can make a rush contract for me so I met this scammer online named CATHERINE PENAREJO MORALES she is located in westbank pasig city. 
She promised to do the project on time but after the contract end date , she doesn’t finish anything, and she doesn’t want to return the downpayment we sent to her that cost 37,500.
Because of what she had done to us, we pay so lot for the damages and yhe time she wasted during the contract.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
