Hi,

Good day to you!

I would like to request for a criminal records check for a man named Christopher Samson Peralta, a citizen residing in the province of Bulacan, that has been harassing my friend and making malicious posts and comments about her. These malicious statements of his are also sent to my friend's relatives and friends by himself. He even sent a death threat to my friend just because he was rejected by her.

I would like thank your hardworking office in advance for the response that you will give to this request.
