Hi I wanted to file a case against this online seller / installments of iPhone. I already send my downpayment and still no release of the unit that we both talked about. She is just always giving me pain in the a** everytime I asked for it. I even asked her to sen my money back. 

I do have proofs and conversation if needed

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
