Hi I would like to request for assistance. 

I applied for a loan at Excellent Era Lending Service Corp. and they approved me for 100k. They asked me to deposit 8k in order to withdraw the loan amount on their platform. Then they told me that they encounter an error because the account number that I input on their platform is incorrect, it's impossible that I got it incorrectly because I know my account number, it seems that they updated it before I was able to withdraw, and now they are asking me to deposit 40k to unlock my account on their platform and in order to update the accnt number.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
